They have self leadership. They know how to discipline themselves and control themselves. A good leader has confidence. They do not fear what dangers they may have to face. They have a good character. They are trustworthy and kind. They know how to communicate with the others. They knowledgable. They know what they should do. They have respect, both for themselves and others. They have a vision. They know where they want to go what they want to achieve.A good leader knows how to stay calm even when they have a problem. A good leader tries to find the most effective way to solve the problem. I think they manage crisis by staying calm. They know how to put aside all problems and try to find the next shorted way to what they want to achieve. Good leaders manage their stress and continue leading. That makes them a good leader.
