eLearning CE: Activity 3 - Max Kaung Myat Thu (12)

Leaders always have their own way of doing things, but in common, they are fair, charismatic, have confidence in their skills and also cool and calm, most of all, their purpose is to help the people they're leading. One example is Aung San Suu Kyi. She is a Burmese opposition politician and a former General Secretary of the National League for Democracy. She has received many honors and awards and one of them is a Noble Peace Prize, in which is given to whom shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses. Although this type of political things are complicating, the point I'm trying to say is that she is very courageous and has confident in herself and also thinks of the people. Resilience is also another trait she possesses. Explaining the reason for saying that is a long story. As such, a good leader can handle crisis under not easy situations through staying calm and thinking thoroughly and carefully, in which most of us cannot do in complicated situations.
