The leader must have the ability to act together toward a common goal.There must be an awareness of unity on the part of all its members, interpersonal relationship. Also, a leader must make sure he is pleasant to be with or no one would listen to him. Good leaders keep their cool when they meet up with stressful situation which is why most of the time they are able to get past it.
