A person capable of inspiring and associate others with a dream. Knowing how to create a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen. They are intelligent to be able to work out and in to situations and to be quick in the mind to be able to spot errors before they become a big threat. Adjustment ready to be able to adjust to a situation to be able to be flexible during these kind of situations. Extravagant to be a leader that looks ready to command his subordinates well and to look very powerful. Consciences to know what is happening around him and what going on with his subordinates, wether they are fighting with each other or disagreeing with each other. Openness to experience, ready to put himself into his subordinates shoes to know if they can handle the job. Most importantly to have general self efficiency to be able to recover from any situations.
